At home

It feels like a while since I spent more than two weeks at home. I know that sounds strange during covid but this year has been a tad mental. Not going to lie I haven’t found it easy to be honest, off the back of a load of work you start questioning why you aren’t out shooting, start processing what you have next and what projects you should be starting or could be doing…the mind goes 100mph when you get home when all you really should be doing is recharging.

It has given me the time to finish some editing jobs, some lovely stuff coming with CHPT3 and CHAPEAU! It has been nice being able to spend a good amount of time on a few films. I really want to do more and more filming this year, especially on more personal journal work and stories…like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ItTvTyRsto4

I have been playing around with the camera at home, seeing how low I can push it before it falls to pieces. Hunting for a slither of light rather than relying on correct exposure. It has been really glooming and raining in the UK so a good time to really test the limits.
