Another Lockdown

So here we are, part 2 of Covid. This one is very different for us as baby Erin arrived. It has been weird, I am not even sure if there is a lockdown on, we have boarded up the doors at home to protect the new little family…strangely around the same day the nation did the same.

We are back to walks. This time more local due to Victoria’s recovery. There is no novelty this time. All the magic moments feel like they have faded a little and you are counting down the days until the release rather than counting the days at home.

I did shift some cameras around and invest in a medium format camera to help me aim for the goals I have set myself for 2021. I went with a Hasselblad. I could have gone fuji to match my current line up but I wanted a camera that would make me work differently on all levels. I am in love. I need a few more weeks with the camera to get my head around how it deals with exposure but so far everything about it is blowing my mind.
